Responsibilities
  • Support company-wide innovation initiatives, from ideation to implementation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to set project goals and timelines to ensure successful execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors’ activities. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential market gaps, customer needs, and emerging opportunities for innovation.
  • Contribute to execution of a clear and comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives. Identify new opportunities, trends, and technologies that could drive innovation and business growth.
  • Work closely with the Thermo Fisher Scientific R&D function to gather insights, align strategies, and ensure the successful integration of innovation efforts across the organization.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including universities, research institutions, startups, and industry experts. Collaborate on joint research projects, technology transfers, or other initiatives that can accelerate innovation.
  • Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in innovation management. Share knowledge and insights with the organization to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
