Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executing the Account and Growth plans, to ensure continual successes across areas of the Ministry of Defence.
  • Work hand in hand with the client to understand their requirements and work with the wider team on viable solutions.
  • Build a more significant pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Command with the potential for long-term revenue and sustainable growth.
  • Deliver order intake to support financial targets, growing work in hand with longer contract periods.
  • Lead win work, from identifying and progressing key pursuits, to effective and compelling bid submissions, to being the winning supplier.
  • Be recognised as the relationship holder with the client’s delivery teams.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs and their business and identifying how our client’s services can help them.
