Chevy Chase Club is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Full Time Accounts Receivable Associate to join our finance team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various accounts receivable functions, including billing, invoice processing, and record keeping.

Key responsibilities include:

• Posting all Accounts Receivable sales chit entries
• Handling party billing
• Managing the monthly close of A/R and mailing of statements
• Addressing member billing inquiries

This position requires:

• Previous experience preferred in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication abilities with both members and co-workers
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, experience with Jonas Software System a plus
